The Stretcher Bearer is the first line of help to Canadian Infantry. The name is misleading, as the Stretcher Bearer was the Canadian equivalent of the Combat Medic. While carrying virtually the same kit as the Rifleman, their pouches are instead filled to the brim with Shell Dressings and other medical equipment, prepared for the worst and on the scene in a moments notice.
